This application is for the development of a rear garden land at Westcote Road to a new Single Storey + Basement (C3) residential 44m2., self build detached Studio home, 44m2.
The proposed design is aimed to develop the existing public footpath area which connects Eardley road and Mitcham Lane with Rakham Mews being a connection point to Westcote Road along the middle. The intention is to build a modern, contemporary studio home that is relatively comfortable in space comprising of a open plan living, dining, kitchen, bedroom and a shower room. These areas are to be complimented with a moderate sized green space on the end of the basement floor.
